Corporate Associate

London – £80,000 - £90,000

High-value transactions. Private client touch. Boutique feel with City-level quality.

You’ll be joining a leading London practice known for its unique crossover between corporate and private client work. This is a chance to work with exceptional clients — from family offices and UHNW individuals to fast-growth businesses and investment vehicles — on deals that are strategic, varied, and genuinely interesting.

If you enjoy the sophistication of top-tier transactional work, but value autonomy, personal relationships, and a collaborative culture, this role delivers both.

What You’ll Do
  • Support a well-resourced team on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, and minority investments.
  • Advise private clients, family offices, and owner-managed companies across a range of sectors.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents, oversee due diligence, and coordinate with tax, real estate, and private client teams.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and communicate directly with decision-makers.
  • Supervise junior colleagues where appropriate and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Get involved in business development — building your network and personal profile within a respected mid-size firm.
What You’ll Need
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor, ideally around 1 year PQE in corporate or transactional work.
  • Strong academic record and training from a well-regarded firm.
  • Broad deal exposure — able to pivot between classic M&A, investments, and more bespoke matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Commercially minded, discreet, and confident dealing with high-net-worth clients.
  • Comfortable working 3 days a week in the office, collaborating closely with partners and senior lawyers.
The Team
You’ll join a compact, dynamic corporate team working hand-in-hand with leading private client and tax advisers. The environment is supportive, the work is first-rate, and you’ll enjoy direct access to senior stakeholders who are genuinely invested in your development.

Expect a mix of corporate and entrepreneurial mandates — not just “cookie-cutter” M&A — giving you both depth and variety early in your career.

Why Apply
  • Exceptional client base: family offices, investors, and UHNW individuals.
  • A balanced, high-performing culture that values precision and personality equally.
  • Hybrid structure that supports collaboration and flexibility.
  • Clear progression and opportunity to shape your practice from day one.
