Join a nationally recognised construction team handling some of the UK’s most high-value and technically challenging matters. You’ll advise across the full lifecycle of disputes — from early strategic risk management through to adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and TCC litigation. Expect a mix of contentious and advisory mandates spanning building safety, delay, cost, and defect claims on major development and infrastructure schemes.

What You’ll Do - Act on complex, multi-party disputes involving delay, cost, and defect claims
- Lead on adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and TCC proceedings
- Advise on strategic dispute avoidance and resolution
- Support clients on live project risk management and contract strategy
- Build trusted relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and funders
What You’ll Bring - 3+ Years experience in contentious construction work (building safety experience advantageous)
- A sound grasp of JCT and NEC contracts and associated dispute mechanisms
- Commercial, solution-focused thinking and confident communication skills
- A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
- The drive to deliver outstanding client service on high-value matters
