Step into a high-growth ECVC practice consistently ranked among the UK’s top venture capital dealmakers. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage venture and growth capital transactions for founders, investors, and funds
  • Advise on wider corporate work including M&A and shareholder arrangements
  • Drive client engagement, contributing to BD initiatives and relationship management
  • Mentor junior associates and trainees, shaping their technical and commercial development
  • Work across national teams on multi-jurisdictional or high-value matters
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ Years venture capital experience, ideally from a recognised corporate or ECVC practice
  • Solid understanding of investor and founder perspectives and term sheet dynamics
  • Confidence handling deals from instruction through to completion
  • A collaborative, commercial mindset with energy to grow your client base
  • Genuine interest in innovation, scaling businesses, and the UK tech ecosystem
The ECVC group is consistently ranked by The Legal 500 as one of the UK’s most active VC practices. The team sits within a national corporate department spanning private equity, M&A, and capital markets. You’ll work alongside recognised partners known for their market presence, technical expertise, and personable approach — advising clients from pre-seed startups to institutional investors on cutting-edge technologies and emerging sectors.
