A well-regarded national firm with a long-standing reputation in real estate and housing is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing Housing Management & Property Litigation team.

Housing Management - Property Litigation - Senior Associate - 4+ PQE - Salary up to £80,000 - Manchester 

You'll be part of a practice that advises a wide range of clients including housing providers, local authorities, developers, and private landlords on both contentious and non-contentious property matters. The team is known for the quality of its work and the strength of its client relationships, making this an ideal environment for someone who enjoys responsibility and direct engagement.

You'll manage your own varied caseload of housing and property litigation work, covering injunctions, possession claims, disrepair matters, and tenancy-related issues, as well as non-contentious advisory matters such as policy development and compliance.

You'll also support senior colleagues on more complex or strategic matters, supervise junior team members, and take an active role in client management and business development.

This is a role with genuine breadth and plenty of scope to develop both technically and commercially.

You'll be an experienced housing or property litigation lawyer who's confident handling your own files and comfortable working directly with clients. You'll have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to lead on day-to-day matters, and a collaborative approach to supervision and teamwork.
