Property Litigation Associate

London – £60,000 - £90,000

A respected national firm is expanding its Property Litigation capability, and this Senior Associate will play a key role in shaping that growth, acting as No. 2 to the Head of Property Litigation as the practice builds out.

Property Litigation Associate - Manchester - Salary up to £90,000

It’s a role with real influence and visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on casework and helping to drive a team’s strategic direction.

The opportunity You’ll handle a wide mix of commercial property disputes, from landlord and tenant issues, break clauses, lease renewals and dilapidations to more complex work involving development disputes, rights of light and property-related insolvency.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Property Litigation and the wider Real Estate group, collaborating across teams that advise throughout the property life cycle, including planning, development, construction and asset management.

This is very much a hands-on role, balancing advisory and contentious work, with plenty of client contact and the freedom to build relationships that will form the foundation of the practice’s growth.

You’ll be an experienced property litigator who’s confident managing your own caseload, advising clients directly and supporting the development of others. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively but also thrive with the independence to run matters your way.

Hybrid working, high-quality clients and the backing of a national firm that values initiative and collaboration.

If you’re ready to make your mark and help shape a new chapter in a growing practice, this one’s worth a conversation.
