Family Solicitor
London – Salary negotiable based on experience
My client is a legal 500, family specialist law firm on the lookout for a family solicitor to join their team in DartfordKey Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of family law matters under the Legal Aid scheme
- Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate
- Prepare and submit Legal Aid applications and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Liaise with external agencies, including courts, social services, and domestic abuse support organisations
- Maintain accurate case management records and uphold professional and ethical standards
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years’ PQE in family law
- Strong experience in domestic violence cases and Legal Aid work
- Confident in handling emergency and high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and client care skills, particularly with vulnerable clients
- Commitment to access to justice and social responsibility
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week in office
