A dynamic and well-established law firm is seeking a solicitor with litigation experience who is looking to return to law or re-establish their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team handling a diverse range of civil and commercial matters. 
 
The role may ideally suit someone who is looking to get back into law who has litigation experience but they may be struggling due to family or childcare commitments around school pick-ups or drop offs. My client is happy to work with someone who needs this flexibility.
 
The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients across multiple areas of law. While candidates do not need to have experience in all areas, familiarity with some of the following is highly desirable:

• Civil Litigation
• Family Law
• Personal Injury (PI)
• Debt Recovery
• Boundary Disputes
• Contractual Disputes
• Credit Hire

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Advising clients and managing cases from inception to resolution
• Representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Supporting and collaborating with colleagues on complex matters

About You

• Qualified solicitor with litigation experience (re-entry candidates encouraged)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in managing your own caseload and prioritising work effectively
• A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
