My client is an award winning, international law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Senior Claims Handler to join their Casualty & Property team. The role involves managing pre-litigated claims from the initial notification of loss, offering a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service through to litigation. The role will involve handling a varied case load of liability claims (personal injury and property damage) and first-party property claims for insurers, MGAs, Syndicates and self-retained policyholders. You will handle claims across various sectors including social care, leisure, construction and retail, both in the UK and internationally.
Applications are invited from Senior Claims Handlers/Fee Earners with experience of defendant EL/PL or property claims working either for a law firm or insurance company. You will have excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
