Personal Injury Team LeaderA Personal Injury Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is a national, award winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client's leading team, you will supervise a team of individuals handling litigated Personal Injury claims. Reporting to the Head of Operational Performance & Strategy, you will lead and inspire the PersonaI Injury Department in the delivery of effective outcomes for all non portal personal injury and motor related litigation. You will manage the department to ensure an efficient, profitable and effective operation providing exemplary customer service to the clients of the business.
You will lead, encourage, mentor and develop all members of the team to their maximum potential, to ensure the team meets its objectives and deliver their work standards as agreed in the client's SLA. You will drive performance through coaching, development, and continuous feedback and ensure the team meet KPI and audit targets.
