About the Role An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly respected regional commercial law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality private client advice to a discerning client base.

This is not a traditional high-street role. You’ll be part of a specialist Trusts & Estates team that works closely with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and agricultural and landed clients, often advising on complex, multi-generational estate planning.

The successful candidate will manage a stimulating caseload that includes trust creation and administration, complex wills, and large, high-value estates. You’ll have the chance to handle technically interesting matters and build long-term relationships with a loyal and prestigious client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a caseload of trusts, complex wills, probate, and succession planning matters.
• Advise clients on inheritance tax mitigation, family wealth structuring, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, property, and agricultural teams to deliver holistic advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and business clients.

About You

• 5+ years PQE in Private Client law (we’re open to considering more senior candidates).
• Proven experience handling HNW and complex estate matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of trusts, estate administration, and tax planning.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
