Senior Associate - Defendant EL/PL Location: Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle (Flexible working)
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a leading national team specialising in complex liability and injury matters, with a focus on employers' and public liability claims. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of challenging cases, collaborating with a team of highly experienced professionals.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will:
- Handle a broad spectrum of claims, including high multi-track cases and catastrophic injuries.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of policy coverage.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including insurers, loss adjusters, public sector bodies, and corporate clients.
- Work on both pre-litigation and litigated files across mixed-value claims, motor, EL/PL, defective premises, product liability, and more.

Ideal Candidate: - UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Litigation experience, including assisting on high multi-track defence work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop client relationships.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
