London – £55,000 - £80,000

Agriculture Real Estate Lawyer

I'm working with a respected regional law firm that's continuing to expand its Agriculture & Estates practice. The team is seeking a talented lawyer with 3+ years' PQE, ideally someone experienced in managing rural property transactions from start to finish.

You'll handle a broad range of rural and agricultural property matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and agricultural land
  • Agricultural tenancies and estate management work
  • Secured lending and strategic land projects
  • Renewable energy, conservation, and natural capital initiatives
  • Advising rural businesses on property structures and succession planning
You'll work alongside experienced partners on complex and high-value matters, supporting a diverse client base of landowners, lenders, and rural enterprises.

We're looking for a lawyer who:
  • Has experience in agricultural or rural property (or mixed property work with a genuine interest in the sector)
  • Can take ownership of matters and deliver quality advice independently
  • Has strong drafting, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Is organised, commercially minded, and proactive in approach
You'll join a growing and supportive team offering excellent career development, flexible hybrid working (typically 2-3 days from home), and a strong benefits package including:
  • 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Private medical insurance and income protection
  • Pension and discretionary bonus schemes
  • Cycle to work and electric vehicle options
  • Wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including gym and reward scheme
