Banking and Finance Lawyer

We’re working with a highly regarded commercial law firm in Leeds that’s looking to grow its Banking and Finance team following a sustained period of success. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with around 4+ years’ PQE who can manage finance transactions from start to finish with confidence and autonomy.

You’ll work on a wide range of high-quality matters, including:

• Acting for banks, lenders, and borrowers across varied finance transactions
• Drafting and negotiating facility and intercreditor agreements (including LMA-based templates)
• Managing all aspects of a deal through to completion
• Supporting Corporate and Real Estate teams on acquisitions and development funding
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

I'm looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in real estate finance and/or leveraged finance
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
