Are you a Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, high-performing team? Our client—a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Associate Solicitor to join their Family & Relationships department.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of family law matters, with a particular emphasis on private children work, alongside experienced Partners and Senior Associates.

The Role You’ll be involved in all aspects of family law, providing specialist advice to a diverse client base. The role offers hands-on experience managing your own caseload while collaborating on complex, high-value matters. You’ll liaise directly with clients, counsel, and other professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on private children and financial remedy matters, including high-net-worth and cross-border disputes
• Manage litigation processes—drafting statements, preparing bundles, instructing experts, and briefing counsel
• Support Partners and senior team members on complex cases
• Contribute to business development through articles, events, and thought leadership
• Ensure full compliance with professional and regulatory standards

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE in family law
• Strong experience in private children matters, with some exposure to financial cases
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
• Commercially astute, organised, and solution-driven
• Confident handling complex, high-net-worth disputes
• A team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to growth
