Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2+ PQE)
Location: South Liverpool

A well-regarded law firm in South Liverpool is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join its busy and growing Private Client team.

This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of private client work within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters
• Handle client enquiries and provide regular updates on case progress
• Liaise with the Probate Registry, Courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and external agencies
• Meet clients both in person and remotely
• Administer estates and prepare associated legal documentation
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog content and articles on private client topics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE working with HNW clients across:
  
  • Probate
  • Wills and Trusts
  • Estate and Tax Planning
  • Services for the Elderly
• Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel (essential)
• Experience in property work (desirable)
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
