About the Role
We are seeking an experienced EL/PL Legal Advisor to join our team and manage a caseload of non-litigated Employer's Liability and Public Liability personal injury claims. You'll deliver high-quality legal advice, progress claims efficiently through the portal and pre-action stages, and provide exceptional client care throughout.

What You'll Do

• Manage a varied caseload of non-litigated EL/PL claims within the portal and pre-litigation stages.
• Assess liability and quantum, review medical evidence, and prepare schedules of special damages.
• Provide clear, supportive legal advice to clients and insurers while maintaining regular communication.
• Work closely with medical experts, investigators, and rehabilitation providers.
• Progress cases in accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims and internal service standards.
• Maintain accurate records using systems such as Solcase and Microsoft Office.
• Meet financial, productivity, and service targets.
• Contribute positively to team culture and uphold firm values.

What We're Looking For

• Experience handling non-litigated EL/PL personal injury claims.
• Strong understanding of the EL/PL portal and pre-litigation processes.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident using case management systems and general IT tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
