A specialist Legal 500 family law practice with a strong reputation for handling complex and sensitive family matters is seeking an experienced Private Family Law Practitioner to join its Cheshire office. With clients across the North West and beyond, the firm is known for delivering expert legal advice with compassion, discretion, and clarity.
 
The Role:

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated family lawyer who is passionate about supporting clients through some of the most important challenges in their lives. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload while providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial separation, child arrangements, and domestic abuse
• Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and court applications
• Attending court hearings and client meetings as required
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development, networking, and promotion of the practice

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of family law legislation and procedure
