Manchester – £50,000 - £60,000

Associate – Clinical Negligence (2-5 PQE) 
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

We are working on behalf of a leading national law firm, who are seeking to appoint an Associate within their Clinical Negligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team recognised for handling complex and high-value defendant clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of key clients such as the NHS.

The Role:

• Managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, including support on complex and high-value matters.
• Delivering excellent client service with a proactive and commercial approach.
• Supervising and delegating to junior lawyers where appropriate.
• Opportunities to be involved in healthcare inquests and advisory work.
• Supporting business development initiatives including seminars and training.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence (defendant or claimant) or catastrophic personal injury experience.
• Strong technical ability with attention to detail and sound commercial judgment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Team player, ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
• Previous inquest or healthcare advisory experience is an advantage.
