Qualified Solicitor preferred, but experienced non-qualified lawyers/conveyancers will also be considered
A well-established boutique law firm is looking to appoint a Property Lawyer to join its close-knit and supportive team. The firm specialises in both commercial and residential property and offers a dynamic working environment in modern, spacious offices in East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least two years’ experience in property law to handle a broad caseload, working closely with senior lawyers and clients alike.
The firm is open to applicants with experience in either commercial or residential property, or ideally both. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while contributing to the wider team.
Work may include:
Commercial Property
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (landlord & tenant work)
- Handling commercial sales and purchases
- Development projects
- Secured lending matters
- Residential sales and purchases
- Drafting and negotiating residential leases
- Residential management work
- Secured lending transactions
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial and/or residential property
- A commitment to high standards of client care and service delivery, this is a heavily client facing role
- Genuine long term progression and route to partnership for the right candidate
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills
- A motivated and proactive mindset
