Property Post-Completions AssistantLocation: Liverpool or Manchester | Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
A leading law firm is looking for a proactive Property Post-Completions Assistant to join its busy, supportive team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of files including commercial, residential, leasehold, and new-build matters, managing everything from SDLT returns to Land Registry and Companies House applications.
What you'll do
- File SDLT returns and manage Land Registry / Companies House applications
- Track progress, meet deadlines, and handle requisitions
- Prepare completion statements and manage notices, payments, and indemnity policies
- Liaise confidently with solicitors, clients, and third parties
- Support a collaborative and fast-paced property team
- At least 12 months' post-completion experience
- Confident with Land Registry and Companies House portals (Infotrack and Proclaim a plus)
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and a great communicator
- Team player with a proactive and professional approach
