Douglas Scott is working with a well-established, specialist law firm in Oldham that is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected high-street practice with a busy and expanding family department. You’ll take ownership of your own caseload of private family law matters and play an active role in the firm’s future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of private family law files, including:
• Divorce
• Financial matters
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Private children law matters - Conducting your own advocacy where appropriate
- Taking part in business development and networking initiatives to expand your client base and support team growth
- 3–6 years’ PQE in family law
- Experience managing a broad range of private family matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Confidence in handling their own advocacy
