Join a growing and supportive residential property team at a well-established law firm in the Oldham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience to handle a broad caseload and work directly with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Manage your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease transactions from instruction through to completion
• Draft, review, and advise on contracts, transfer deeds, and all relevant documents
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
• Maintain high standards of client care and service throughout the process
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor (minimum 3 years PQE) with a solid background in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision
• A team player who’s proactive, organised, and driven
