Legal Recruitment Consultant (Scotland desk)

Manchester – £23,500 - £35,000

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our Scotland desk in Q3. Based in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area, we’re offering a dynamic, fun, and supportive work environment – complete with its own on-site gym free to all our team to use!

Our Scotland desk is an incredibly exciting region to add to Douglas Scott in which we want a consultant to develop and build a reputable team.  The desk is already established with a database of candidates and clients but it will require dedication to business development and building a credible network on there.
 
This opportunity will bring with it exciting growth giving the successful candidate the chance to build a team and head up the desk in the future.
 
You will have the chance to work on a variety of practice areas and law firms within Scotland, making every day different and interesting. We will give you the resources, training and support to build on our current network and help you become a legal specialist in the Scotland region.

Rachel Barton is a HR Manager at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. Joining the team over 12 years ago, she oversees the Administration team and handles all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee induction and onboarding, training and development, and employee relations.
