Restructuring & Insolvency Associate
London – £72,000 - £80,000
A well respected, full-service law firm with a strong reputation in complex advisory work is seeking a junior solicitor to join its growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in London.Led by a recognised industry figure ranked in Tier 1 legal directories, the team advises a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, with high-quality work and strong training opportunities for ambitious junior lawyers.
The Role
You will be involved in a varied caseload across:
- Corporate and personal insolvency
- Business turnaround and refinancing
- Directors’ duties and risk advisory
- Contentious insolvency, including investigations and claims
- Companies Act and regulatory compliance
- Working with insolvency practitioners, directors, corporates, investors, lenders, and creditors
About You
- Up to 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience in restructuring & insolvency
- At least one seat or relevant experience in insolvency during training (desirable)
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- A genuine interest in business restructuring and commercial insight
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle a busy caseload
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to firmwide initiatives
- Salary of up to £80,000
