- Expertise in residential sales and purchases, remortgages, and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots, and units
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the firm's continued growth and success
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law, however this is subject to each individual.
- A strong academic background and a recognized legal qualification
- A passion for the property industry and a desire to excel in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
