The Opportunity:
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly and busy team. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a firm that prioritises client care, teamwork, and high-quality service.
  
The Role:
As part of the Residential Property team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build matters.
• Preparing contracts, statements, SDLT returns, and Land Registry forms.
• Reviewing titles, ordering searches, and advising clients clearly and effectively.
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Supporting the Head of Department in supervision and client queries when needed.
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
• Assisting with marketing and client relationship activities.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confidence in handling a full caseload independently.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong technical understanding of property law.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
