Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience? A Legal 500 firm, is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in this senior-level position. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
• Provide expert legal advice on property development, investment, and portfolio management
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements

 
Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
• Proven track record of successfully advising clients on property investment and development projects
• Excellent knowledge of property law and the ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively
• Qualified solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• LLB (Hons) or equivalent, and completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
• Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales
• Additional accreditations or qualifications related to commercial property law are a plus
