An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a leading law firm based in the heart of York.
The firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a broad and interesting caseload of litigious matters, acting for a diverse range of clients including individuals, businesses, and property owners.
The role will include:
- Property and land disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery and insolvency matters
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in dispute resolution/litigation.
- Strong technical knowledge with proven experience managing your own caseload.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive, commercial approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
