Residential Property Paralegal
Leading Conveyancing Team
Training Contract / SQE progression opportunity 

I’m partnering with a well-established, award-winning residential property firm that continues to grow nationally. The practice is known for its high standards, strong client service, and commitment to hiring people who are genuinely passionate about conveyancing. They are now looking to expand their team with experienced Paralegals who share that ethos.

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of residential sale and purchase matters under the guidance of an experienced Fee Earner and within a supportive team structure of Paralegals, Fee Earners and Legal Assistants.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing your own supervised caseload of sale and purchase files
• Providing regular updates to clients and introducers
• Raising and responding to enquiries and reviewing replies
• Preparing detailed reports for clients
• Managing pre-exchange and completion tasks
• Supporting with remortgage matters where required

Candidates should have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process and be comfortable running a mixed caseload with appropriate supervision.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a law firm environment, ideally with residential conveyancing exposure
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Confidence using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
• A strong service-led mindset

A law degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous but not essential. GCSE (or equivalent) passes in English and Maths are required.
