Our client is seeking a motivated Employment Solicitor to join their Employment team, handling a mix of Employment Tribunal work and providing commercial HR and employment law advice to SME and professional sector clients.

The role includes managing a Tribunal caseload and supporting a portfolio of 20–25 retained clients such as schools, care homes and GP practices. Experience advising employers and delivering HR/employment training is desirable. 

Candidates should be organised, commercially minded, and confident in delivering clear, practical advice. Strong drafting, communication and IT skills are required.
