The role involves advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, leases, buy-to-let transactions, development and re-financing work, and general landlord and tenant matters.You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation, negotiating on behalf of clients, and meeting billing targets. The successful candidate will also take a proactive approach to building strong professional relationships and delivering high-quality legal service.
