About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and talented Solicitor to join our Manchester-based team. You'll manage your own caseload of EL/PL, while supporting on high-value, complex matters across a diverse and stimulating portfolio.
 
What You'll Do

• Manage your own fast-track and multi-track personal injury caseload
• Support senior lawyers on large loss and group litigation claims
• Handle EL/PL matters for major insurers and corporates
• Draft pleadings, liability strategies, witness statements, and instructions to counsel/experts
• Attend conferences, trials, and ADR sessions
• Conduct legal research and stay informed on industry developments

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor - All PQE Considered
• Experience in defendant personal injury work, particularly EL/PL claims or Serious Injury / Catastrophic Injury
• Ability to assess liability and manage a caseload independently
• Exposure to large loss or complex litigation
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
• Strong academic background
