Personal Injury Team Leader - Claimant role

A leading legal services organisation is seeking a qualified solicitor to head its Personal Injury and Motor Litigation team. This full-time, permanent role with hybrid working available (3 days from home).
The Role
You will lead a team of solicitors, legal executives and paralegals, overseeing non-portal personal injury and motor litigation. Your focus will be on delivering excellent client outcomes, driving team performance, and shaping a positive, high-performing culture. You'll also play a key part in improving processes, developing your team, and ensuring a consistently strong client experience.
Experience needed:

• Qualified solicitor, with experience in Personal Injury Claims
• Experience handling personal injury claims
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical legal teams
• Strong understanding of litigation processes
