Receptionist / Travel Coordinator to join its Facilities Department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist who is looking to broaden their skills within a varied and dynamic role that combines client service, administration, and travel coordination.
The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the firm, taking responsibility for managing and coordinating all travel and accommodation requirements across the business. In addition, they will assist the Facilities Operations Manager with the management of the firm’s fleet vehicles.
As part of the Reception team, they will also provide cover during lunch breaks, holidays, and busy periods. Duties will include greeting clients, managing meeting room bookings, setting up rooms for events, and ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. This is a versatile position offering exposure to both client-facing and operational responsibilities.
Key Skills and Experience - Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is essential

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competent IT user, with good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Willingness to learn and support different aspects of the role
This is a full-time, office-based role, and the firm is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Flexibility around shift patterns may be required.
