The role offers exposure to a wide range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE, redundancies, restructures, discrimination, and strategic HR advice.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising on employment law matters for corporate clients and senior executives.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Maintaining technical expertise and providing exceptional client service.
- Opportunity to work part of the week on secondment with a longstanding client.
- Qualified solicitor 1-3 years' PQE in employment law.
- Strong communication skills, energy, and enthusiasm for employment law.
- Commercially aware with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
