Commercial Property Associate
West Midlands – Salary negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property-related contracts.
- Support clients on development and investment projects.
- Draft and review commercial agreements, leases, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver practical, commercially-focused solutions.
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
