A growing Employment team in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to lead complex matters and support a diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on redundancies, disciplinary/grievance procedures, TUPE, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal and higher court claims.
- Lead client relationships and support business development.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers.
- 5+ years' PQE
- Leadership experience with mentoring skills.
- Commercially aware with excellent client service.
