You’ll be working closely with a Legal 500 recommended partner who leads a genuinely supportive national practice. The work is high value, varied and full of interesting challenges. Expect to get involved in transactions that most property lawyers never see.
You’ll handle a broad mix of rural and agricultural real estate matters, including investment and development work, sales and purchases of farms and estates, agricultural and business tenancies, farming partnerships, renewable energy projects and refinancing for landowners and rural businesses.
It’s a brilliant opportunity to build a niche practice within a top quality team, with exposure to complex rural property matters and the chance to work with significant clients across the sector.
