An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm based near Halesowen.
 
We welcome applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners who are eager to progress their careers within a supportive and professional environment. Our client's Property Department has a strong reputation for providing outstanding legal services to a wide range of clients — from local homeowners to high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages and new build transactions

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
