Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking to join a friendly and respected law firm? Our client, a well-established legal practice, is looking for a proactive, organised, and professional Property Litigation Solicitor to handle a high quality caseload.

Typically you'll manage a varied caseload including property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, boundary issues, rights of way, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession claims and much more.
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one year of post qualification experience as a Property Litigation Solicitor and you will be motivated by working alongside technically strong partners and senior associates.
 
Strong typing and administrative skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality. You should have a friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients and be confident using legal software and Microsoft Office. The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, is also key.
