A respected regional firm is growing its Commercial Property team and is looking for an experienced lawyer to join their high-performing group.

Commercial Property - Solicitor - 3+ PQE - Skipton - Harrogate - Salary up to £65k

This is a great opportunity to step into a busy and successful department that continues to see a steady flow of quality work across the commercial property spectrum. You’ll be someone who enjoys working autonomously, can hit the ground running with minimal supervision, and takes real ownership of your caseload.

You’ll be based in either the Skipton or Harrogate office, with a hybrid setup offering three days in the office and flexibility for the rest.

This is a genuinely supportive environment where collaboration and quality come first, and where your contribution will be recognised and valued.

Salary is up to around £65,000 at the senior end, depending on experience.
