Property Finance Solicitor – HaleOur client, a well-established law firm in Hale, is seeking a Property Finance Solicitor to join their team. Specialising in commercial litigation and property law, they provide expert legal services to both commercial and residential clients.
The Role:
As a Property Finance Solicitor (minimum 1 years PQE), you will advise clients on property financing, including loans, mortgages, and development finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on residential and commercial property transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts related to property loans and mortgages.
- Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and compliance checks.
- Negotiating loan terms to ensure lender security and borrower obligations.
- Handling security, guarantees, and dispute resolution when required.
- Assisting with complex transactions, such as project financing for property development.
- Minimum 1 years PQE in property law
- Strong experience in property transactions, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to manage complex cases with commercial awareness and attention to detail.
