An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded regional law firm based near Dudley.
 
We are seeking applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Our client has a well-established and expanding Property Law Department, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to a broad range of clients — from local homeowners to high-net-worth individuals.
 
The Role:

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, from instruction through to completion.
 
The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
