A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

We are seeking applications from solicitors or legal executives with experience in care proceedings and a solid grounding in private practice, who are now looking to take the next step in their career with a progressive, reputable firm known for delivering high-quality legal services.

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of care proceedings matters, supported by an experienced legal secretary. You’ll be joining an established and respected firm that prides itself on providing exceptional legal advice to individuals while maintaining a supportive and collaborative working culture.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+ PQE)
• Experience in childcare or care proceedings
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
