Commercial Property - Solicitor - 3+ PQE - West Yorkshire - Huddersfield - Halifax - Salary up to £60,000

You’ll work across the full property life cycle, from acquisitions, disposals and leases through to development, investment and asset management. The work is varied and often high-value, covering everything from local regeneration schemes to national portfolio projects.

You’ll advise a mix of commercial clients, handling transactions from end to end, while supporting colleagues and helping to strengthen the team’s market presence.

You’ll be an experienced commercial property lawyer with a proven track record in transactional and advisory work. You’ll bring strong technical skills, attention to detail and a commercial mindset. You’ll also enjoy direct client contact and playing an active part in developing relationships.

If you’re confident managing your own matters, collaborative by nature and keen to take on a role where your voice is heard, this will appeal.
