About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA Litigation Claims Handler to join a leading legal services team in Leeds. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of Litigated and non-Litigated OIC and MOJ/Fast Track Claimant RTA cases, from inception to conclusion.

Reporting to the Dispute Resolution Team Leader, you will:

• Provide high-quality customer service and accurate legal advice in line with company policies and procedures.
• Manage a mixed caseload while working towards personal and departmental targets.
• Uphold a professional manner that reflects the team's ethos and values.
• Contribute to the department's strategic development by improving client experience and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience handling OIC and Fast Track RTA claims, preferably within a law firm or insurance company.
• Knowledge of OIC and MOJ Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules for Low Value Personal Injury Claims is advantageous.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets and performing under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
