Employment Solicitor
Cheltenham – £45,000 - £55,000
You will handle a broad range of employment matters for both employer and employee clients.You’ll advise on contracts, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE and disputes, delivering clear, commercially focused advice. You’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with clients, and play a key role in developing relationships and supporting business growth.
About you:
- 2-4 years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong advisory and contentious experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, commercial mindset
