Employment Solicitor - GlasgowAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a respected Employment Law team in Glasgow. The role offers hands-on experience with a diverse caseload, including Claimant and Respondent Employment Tribunal matters, as well as advisory work on unfair and constructive dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and redundancy.
About You
- Qualified Scottish Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE or a strong traineeship in employment law
- Experience advising both employers and employees on employment disputes
- Familiarity with Employment Tribunal proceedings and settlement negotiations
- Comfortable mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
- Strong organisational, communication and client-handling skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and capable of managing your own caseload
