Douglas Scott looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer based in Congleton to join a dynamic, client-focused firm. The role offers the opportunity to manage a full spectrum of residential property work independently, contribute to business development, and support a collaborative team.
 
What you'll do:

• Handle client matters accurately and efficiently, following Lexcel and SRA standards
• Generate fee income while maintaining proper billing and file management
• Support and supervise colleagues as needed
• Engage in marketing and client development activities
• Provide exceptional client care both in person and over the phone

• 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
