A Senior Claims Handler is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Senior Claims Handler to join their Casualty & Property team.
The role involves managing pre-litigated claims from the initial notification of loss, offering a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service through to litigation. The role will involve handling a varied case load of liability claims (personal injury and property damage) and first-party property claims for insurers, MGAs, Syndicates and self-retained policyholders. You will handle claims across various sectors including social care, leisure, construction and retail, both in the UK and internationally.
Applications are invited from Senior Claims Handlers/Fee Earners with experience of defendant EL/PL or property claims working either for a law firm or insurance company. You will have excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.
